What You'll Be Doing <ul><li>Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, walk-ins, reach-ins, and make-up air systems</li><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with customers</li><li>Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app</li><li>Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory</li><li>Collaborate with senior techs when needed</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>1.5- 3 years of hands-on HVAC or Refrigeration experience (commercial preferred)</li><li>EPA Certification required</li><li>Own basic hand tools</li><li>Comfortable working on rooftops and in restaurant environments</li><li>Reliable, accountable, and ready to work independently</li><li>Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check</li></ul> Do Not Apply If: <ul><li>You have not worked at least 1.5 years in the HVAC or refrigeration field</li><li>You are not EPA certified</li><li>You do not have your own set of hand tools</li><li>You are not dependable or ready to work full-time</li><li>You are not comfortable working in physical, fast-paced environments</li></ul> Pay &amp; Perks $70,000$110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses), depending on experience and readiness to run calls solo<ul><li>Fully stocked van + gas card</li><li>Tools and uniforms provided (hand tools excluded)</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and 401 (k) with 3% match</li><li>PTO begins after 30 days</li><li>Paid birthday off</li><li>OT available (but optionally your time matters)</li><li>Field support from a responsive, experienced office team</li></ul> About Us Reed Restaurant Repair is the go-to service company for commercial kitchens across Denver.
