As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you'll work on small and large refrigeration units and ice machines.

What You'll Do:

As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll repair and maintain equipment. Our top-earning technicians are also cross-trained to support hot-side equipment. You'll perform regular maintenance to keep everything running smoothly and handle emergency repairs quickly to minimize client downtime.

• Perform regular maintenance to keep equipment running well.
• Troubleshoot equipment.
• Fix it right the first time.
• Weld and braze as needed for repairs.
• Follow industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Share knowledge and learn from others to continually improve your skills.

Requirements

• Three years' experience repairing and maintaining HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration).
• Must live in/be able to work full-time in CO Springs.
• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair independently.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in refrigeration equipment technology.
